Is it safe?
We hide names before anything reaches the cloud.

Covered on your computer: names, member and account numbers, addresses with the apartment and ZIP+4, claim and statement codes, mailing lines and barcodes. Each covered sheet is checked again on your computer before it leaves, and a sheet where that check still finds one of these is not sent.
What goes to the cloud
Your family's names, IDs, addresses, phone numbers and account numbers are covered on this computer. Doctors and hospitals stay visible because the checks and letters need them, and so do dates, codes and amounts.
Before you press Send, only a heavily blurred copy with no readable text goes to Meta's SAM 3.1, to find the sheets. The sheets themselves go only when you press Send, and you check every covered sheet first. PDF pages never go to SAM.
- A video of your table: the video stays on your computer. A small, blurred, silent copy goes to Meta so SAM 3.1 can find the sheets, and only after a check here finds nothing readable on it. The sheets are cut from your video here and covered like photos.
- Voice helper: your voice goes to Meta to be turned into text. Please don't say real names or numbers.
- Live call: with everyone's consent, the sound of the call goes to Meta to be turned into text.
- Questions: what you type goes to Meta with the covered case. Please don't type real names or numbers.
- Finding your hospital's policy: its name, city or ZIP, state and website go to a web search, Tavily. Nothing from the bill itself.
- Looking it up: if your papers have no answer, or the office states a rule on a call, the words go to that same search, with your names, numbers, amounts and dates taken out.
What stays with you
The photos as you took them and the real names are kept with this case only. Letters get the names back on your computer, for you to sign.
Delete this case anytime
Removes the case and everything made for it: photos, sheets, letters and forms.
What Meta's models saw
From the sample case in private mode: the exact covered copy sent to the models.
